radio dj liam task

I was assigned to make a bbc radio 1 breakfast show in the group that i got allocated to. I work with Liam,Saif and Ella. Liam was the Dj of the whole show, Phoebe was the Jls producer. Saif was our called for our topic and I was a newly famous singer that went in the show. I had the idea to do our topic for our caller as the worst dating experience. I thought this was a good idea as it interacts with the audience. Liam interviewed me and Phoebe. We done a Jls themed breakfast show so we had phoebe as the producer and liam interviewed her about the reunion.

Active Advert

What was the task you were assigned?
The task I was assigned was to make an advert for a body spray that had the target audience of 10 year old boys.

What programme did you use to complete your task?
WE used premier to edit all the sperate videos together to make the advert.

What tools did you use from your programme to create your task ie font websites, crop, colour changes etc?
At the start i used a black and white effect as it was the sad part of the advert until he recieved the spray. I used losts of different effects and transitions. At the end I used a font to write the name of the spray and the slogan.

What were the biggest obstacles to completing your task?
The biggest obstacle of the task was finding the right place to film and the right people to use. Also trying to record each shot using the right angles was difficults.

Identify what went well and with hindsight what would you do differently?
LI would've used younger people and done it on an inside basketball court. I would've also edited it better using some diffent effects and made the logo more clear. I think overall it wasn't a bad advert and the used of the black and white effect made it a bit clearer to what is going on.

fruitella advert

The task i was assigned was to remake the second half of the fruitella advert.We used Premier to edit the videos together.One of the biggest obstacles of completing the task was finding the right props to make the video with in school.I think the remake of the fruitella advert I done went well as every shot is in time with the original advert.The timings of each shot is good and fits well. Other peoples feedback was very positive and they said it has all been put together really well. I could've got rid the the audio on each video so you can only hear the fruitella music. Another thing i could've done differently is making sure every camera shot was the same as the original piece.

premiere practice

This is my premiere practice, During this video I explored using lots of different transitions and effects between the videos. I also learned how to constant gain the music as the animals started dancing and fade it out at the end as they drove of into the city. I chose this song as i thought the beat went well with the animals dancing. At the start i used a video of James bond jumping, to make this better i could've added some music with it. The transitions make the video better because if it didn't have them it would just be one long video. They help break up the video and make it more exciting to watch.
