The articles is about spiders attacking a little girl and the hospital ignored them and done nothing about it.The person who the artical is about is angry as they use an exclamation mark. This emphasizes anger. There is a picture of a spider which represents the spiders which attacked the girl.The audience may think that hospitals are really bad as they ignored them about something that could have been serious.
